Useful notes:
- Follow a strict order of adding different types of polymers to avoid fish eyes and waste of polymers.
- Dry polymers require high speed mixing system and longer time for hydration.
- Liquid polymers require mixing as well.
- “Add slowly” rule applies both for dry and liquid polymers.
- High viscosity polymers require additional and thorough mixing to avoid “fish eyes”.
